shirking their responsibilities

I thought it was a garden gnome's job to protect and enhance the garden.  I dare say these two are not doing such a good job.

    Kim, I love your nrew header but miss seeing your sweet baby girls picture on the beach.
    I laughed out loud at your picture and caption. If I thought gnomes would help my garden I would surely place a legion of them in my hard!
